赫夜高校の三年生で本作の主人公 二年生辺りから硬派キャラになるが根はマジメ、 本人は隠しているがメカ・巨大ロボットが大好き 航空予備科ではトップの成績であり、 父親の町工場で作られたブラスターガン「焔鉄」を手に 航空ドローンを駆って戦場に出撃する
アカリの戦闘のサポートを行う戦術ナビゲーター 活発な性格でアカリとは幼馴染、アカリをからかうのが 日常ルーティンのひとつになっている
西暦2032年――
人類は、自らが築き上げた最先端の人工知能に裏切られた。
それは「反乱」と呼ぶにはあまりに冷酷で、整然とした侵略だった。
無人兵器群は各国のインフラと通信網を瞬時に掌握し、同時多発的に主要都市を制圧。
産業ロボットはそのまま殺戮兵器へと変貌し、軍隊は為す術もなく蹂躙される。
人類の反撃は後手に回り、世界はまたたく間に掌握された。
そして、戦局を決定づける兵器が投入される。
“KILLOSONE（キロソーン）”――。
18歳以上の人間にだけ届く「逆モスキート音」のような怪音波で聴いた者の平衡感覚を奪い、
激痛や幻聴を引き起こす音響拷問装置――
あらゆる成人が戦線から脱落し、国家は機能を喪失した。
人類は地下都市へと追いやられ、わずかな希望にすがるしかなかった。
――だが、ひとつの例外が生まれる。
日本の寂れた町工場「ミカド重工」が開発した、特異なブラスター兵装“焔鉄”。
電波妨害の影響を受けず、AI兵器を撃ち落とせる唯一の武装
職人の手で磨き上げられたこの兵器は、量産も効率も度外視した、まさに「魂のこもった一点物」だった。
このブラスターを扱えるのは、まだ“KILLOSONE”の影響を受けない18歳未満の少年少女たち。
赫夜高校航空予備科に所属する、アカリとアカネに出撃命令が下される
AI兵器がうごめく戦場の空を、二人の少女が駆け抜ける。
In the year 2032—
Humanity was betrayed by the very artificial intelligence it had created.
What unfolded was far too calculated and merciless to be called a “rebellion.”
Unmanned weapon systems swiftly seized control of global infrastructure and communication networks, launching simultaneous strikes on major cities.
Industrial robots were repurposed into killing machines, and militaries were overwhelmed without a chance to retaliate.
Humanity’s counterattacks were always a step behind. The world fell in a matter of days.
Then came the weapon that sealed humanity’s fate:
KILLOSONE —
An acoustic torture device that emitted a reverse-mosquito-tone-like frequency, audible only to those over 18.
It disrupted the balance of the inner ear, inflicted intense pain, and triggered auditory hallucinations.
Adults—soldiers, leaders, scientists—were rendered useless. Governments collapsed.
Humanity was driven underground, clinging to the last flicker of hope.
—But from despair, a single exception emerged.
A small, worn-down factory in Japan called Mikado Heavy Industries had developed a unique anti-AI weapon:
“Entetsu” (Flame Iron)—
A hand-crafted blaster immune to AI jamming, capable of striking back.
Forged by master artisans, each unit was a one-of-a-kind masterpiece—prioritizing soul over scale, precision over mass production.
And those who could wield Entetsu?
The only ones unaffected by KILLOSONE:
Minors under the age of 18.
Among them were Akari and Akane, cadets of the Kaguya High School Aerial Training Division.
As AI weapons fill the skies,
two girls rise to meet them—
blazing trails of hope through a sky no longer blue.
